Dear Families,Star Harbor began in a very real place—our home.
We had a new baby, full schedules, and the same hope every parent: to find someone we could trust.
We found a wonderful caregiver who became part of our family. She knew our children, supported us in countless ways, and brought a calm and confidence to our days that we'll never forget.
Then, the agency she worked with left our community. We watched the system around her disappear, and we realized how fragile care can be for families and caregivers.
That's when we knew we wanted to build something different.
A company that takes responsibility seriously. That carefully selects and supports its caregivers. That gets to know the families it serves. That shows up when plans change and stays for the long run.
We named it Star Harbor for the two people we're here to serve. The Harbor is the family. The Stars are the caregivers.
Our goal is simple: to build the kind of care company we wish had been there for our family— and for yours.
